Look no further ladies! Seriously, this is the BEST waist trainer! (I am not paid nor do I get anything to leave this review, this is 100% my own honest opinion, I will NEVER leave a dishonest review and I only write what I believe.) It gives your body the perfect hourglass shape any bulges or bloating you may have. If you've been in good shape but lost due to weight gain (like me) and are just trying to shed a few and get back in shape, then this is the perfect thing to give you a boost. Literally two nights later, my hourglass shape returned to me. I like to wear it before bed, I apply a good layer of Vicks vapor rub and petroleum jelly to my stomach and lower back, wrap it in plastic wrap and place my waist trainer on top. This saves you the weight of the water and gives you a boost when you start exercising and getting back in shape. It also looks great under clothes when you need it. I recommend this waist trainer, the brand and the seller to all women trying to lose weight and regain their flat hourglass stomach. This absolutely worked for me and still works for me. If you have something to lose, I put the bandage and waist trainer on every night while you sleep, then take them off in the morning and dry your tummy with baby wipes or soap and water. If like me you need to lose 5-15 pounds then you should wear every other night or wear for three nights and have two nights off and then lose weight in the morning. If like me you can't decide which waist trainer to buy when you have a few you're looking at, GO WITH IT! Don't worry there aren't many reviews, maybe it's just a new company that not many people know about yet. I promise if you try it, if you prefer this waist trainer to others you are looking at, you will be amazed! You will be so happy it's crazy! At first I was SUPER skeptical about trying ANY waist trainer, I was sure they were all fakes and scams and I was pretty sure they wouldn't work. Boy, was I wrong about that! I honestly have to say that this is one of the best buys I've made when it comes to fitness. This waist trainer really WORKS. I can assure you! I will never buy another brand or variety again! :)
