I used it 3 times for soccer games. The large pocket offers enough space for a light fleece jacket, a small pair of binoculars and a snack; as well as wallet, keys and sunglasses in a small pocket. And it's perfect for stands (I don't go camping). I like the sling configuration more than the backpack. It's easier to get on and off guards and stands, and it doesn't look like I'm in kindergarten. No problems with zippers or seams. if it only lasts one season, no big deal; it's only $17 (that's about two major league hot dogs and a beer).
