🚿 Polar White Water Heater Door for Suburban 6261APW Review

Goes very well with a new water heater. Unfortunately, when screwing on the door, both "hinge" screw connections broke. I had to redo a part.

All I Needed Was A Door. I didn't have to reinstall it from scratch as its innards were still in my Ice Castle fish house. Built-in inserts included. It was perfect to replace what I had.

Ordered a replacement water heater door on my 2013 Rockwood Roo trailer. The replacement door came with the inner frame. I didn't need a frame so I just fitted a door in place of the existing ones. Looks just like the original, very cheerful and easy to make.

We needed a new water heater door cover for our RoadTrek and searching Revain found it to be a reasonable price. Unfortunately the measurements weren't listed in the product description so we had to return it as it didn't fit. I recommend you include the dimensions in the description for future customers.

I had to replace my original pen cap because the latch broke and the cap fell off somewhere. I replaced my original lid, which used two pins at the bottom and a latch at the top, with this hinged lid. Three screws removed the original bezel. The new frame/door cover assembly attaches using the same bolt pattern. Very easy.

Our door is out there somewhere. I had to order this one to replace the broken one. If that's all you do, just remove the long 3" screws from the old one and loosen the bottom two screws of the old one and it snaps back into place. If you change everything, you screw it up.

Worked great on a 6 gallon suburban water heater when installed on my trailer. I didn't realize it was so bright white, I should have gone for a creamier one. My fault, not the company. Perfectly fitted, poor design on the Suburban: the mount can leak water under the mount into the siding. A bit of internet research will explain it.

The door I received does not match the picture I ordered. I needed a door immediately so I tried to get it working but it doesn't vent properly. The packaging said it was a tankless water heater, but it had that product number. I had to return it and got what I needed. It cannot be returned if attempts are made to modify it. I think the package was mislabeled because it was a high quality door.

Having ordered the wrong part from another seller I was pleased to find that this part was the perfect replacement for my fun 2006 viewfinder. The water heater door was missing and I figured I could just buy that door and put it in. But although the dimensions are correct, nothing else fits in this door (hinges, clasp). Good news: the door arrived assembled, which I didn't understand from the description or the photos. I removed the old door frame (of course with some effort and cleaning after…
