There is one technique though - the chocolate should be nice and hot when you thin it so it thins and you should tap the mold on the counter for about a minute to get rid of any bubbles. In addition, you can "open" and "close" the shape and bend it to fill all the gaps. It takes a little work, but the result is worth it!
