Be sure to read the description carefully. A USB WiFi dongle is included, which means the built-in network card will not work. Broadcast USB WiFi works, but it's very slow and really doesn't meet the needs of most who want to connect to home WiFi. When I emailed customer service, I basically received an email saying "sorry about you" recommending I buy a better quality USB wireless adapter. I don't have desktop view yet as the system is essentially useless without Wi-Fi. I hope to be happy with my purchase once I can connect to the internet.
