The design is beautiful and that is the only reason my husband restored and kept this lamp. We actually sent the first one back thinking the packaging and quality was a fluke, but the second one came back exactly the same. Several screws were missing, the wood was broken, the screws used were too small and were inserted at the seams of two pieces of wood. We were able to fix it with glue and different screws, but for the price you don't have to repeat it. There was a note on the inside of the product that if you had any problems you should contact the manufacturer of the light, not the place you bought it from and they didn't respond. Very low quality but looks good.
