I start each day with a protein shake that has 1 fruit, ice cubes, milk and BioChem Whey Protein Powder. Add tbsp peanut butter for a bit of fat. Easy on the stomach and keeps me full until 2 or 3 p.m. Usually have a light snack and then eat a full dinner. Doesn't really like breakfast, so this smoothie is a tasty and healthy alternative to a traditional breakfast. It tastes great, carry it with you during your morning routine. Be healthy and happy.
