I LOVE this band! For this price the quality is excellent! There are plenty of links to make it big or take out as many as you need to fit narrow wrists! I took 7 and it's great! It says you can only take out the ones with arrows, which is not true, you can take out as many as you need! It's as heavy as a metal watch strap. Very easy to use!
