The most important thing is that it's easy to use, even for non technical people. It also has an excellent customer service team who are always very helpful. I like how you can have different levels of security when using the software so if someone else logs into my account they get access to only their own folders / files which makes them more accountable as well. This is not something we've come across with other tools out there - but maybe this is something new or exclusive? We're able to manage all our emails from one place (including spam filtering) and also keep track of tasks assigned to us by clients etc.
