I like that they use a great and friendly interface. It's easy to use even for those of us who aren't super computer-savvy. Sometimes it can take a little getting use to, but that's just a matter of getting used to the way the software works. I can't think of anything I dislike. I would recommend it. I am able to get daily reports on the performance of my agents. It also gives me daily reports on the performance of my agents based on their calls. This has helped me to see which agents are working harder than others and give them extra training.
