Didn’t work at first
I got the gray clock with outer white trim for my bathroom. At first I was not able to fit the battery in. My husband was able to force it in but the clock didn’t work. We changed the battery to another new one and it still didn’t work. Afterwards with a closer look I noticed on the positive end there was a piece of metal sticking up and out. I was able to flatten it down with a knife and then reinsert the battery which when in easily and started working! The clock looks really nice and no ticking sounds. I would definitely recommend this clock.
