Adhesive is very sticky . It sits between 2 layers, a white hard layer and a clear layer. First separate the square with the glue dot from the white hardcoat. So far, so good. Apply a dot of glue to the back of the photo. it's good there too. Then remove the transparent layer. Yes, the glue dot sticks to the clear layer ten times better than the back of the photo, so all you have to do at the end is peel off the clear layer and the glue dot from the back of the photo. Then you try to reinsert it and press into the back of the photo hoping it will stick better, only to find that it's still filming again. What an awful design and a waste of money, time and hassle.
