I was quite happy when I first started using it. When used as a headset, there were a few idiosyncrasies involved. When you are in the company of a large number of people, your ability to hear and communicate clearly will suffer. In general, if it were not for the battery, I would continue to make use of it. Some pros: 1. An acceptable level of sound. 2. The clarity of the conversations while using the headset. 3. the build quality and materials of the headphones and the case, with the exception of the rubberized part of the earpiece (marked material). having certain drawbacks. 1. there is a momentary pause before each spoken word. Perhaps everything is caused by bluetooth. 2. The battery lasted for about three hours at a time. at the very start of the transaction rather than the reported amount 5. After one to two weeks, the right earpiece started to flicker when it was connected (for a duration of twenty seconds), and then it stopped. After a month, the left earpiece was unable to hold a charge in any capacity at all. 3. a tad on the cumbersome side. My ears hurt from being out of practice. 4. The type of material that makes up the top of the earpiece brand. I make it a habit to clean my ears on a weekly basis, but after a month the material turned yellow.
