I bought this mainly for my son to use as a desk microphone when he is playing with his friends. I think for this use case it will work very well. It's definitely enough for chatting and using a PC/Mac or similar if you need a cheap and space-saving device. Pros------------------------------------ Compact form factor gooseneck/flexible mic end, good for different scenarios and setups Lightweight but has enough weight Bottom so it doesn't slide around Long USB cable Volume and mute controls at the base of the microphone Useful and practical improvements -------------- The sound quality was just average, you can listen to the video. I'll have to play around with the EQ of the resulting sound if I ever want to use it for voiceovers or other recording tasks. For Skype/Discord or other chat scenarios, this is probably fine. However, I don't want to tell you that this is a "fat" microphone with a high dynamic range, as it has shown "good" sound quality in my testing. I've uploaded some photos and a video that includes a sound test at the end of the video - so you can hear how the output from this mic sounds.
