I returned them because after the Buds Pro software update 9/21/21 (version R190.UI2), the wearable app said "Put in both earbuds to activate ambient sounds". This removed the feature I depended on the most, right ear-only surround sound. This feature allowed me to understand people who started talking to me while listening to podcasts, so I no longer had to ask them to repeat what they were saying. You don't need headphones in both ears to listen to podcasts. They have an excellent Bluetooth range. However, I was never able to maintain good music sound quality as the maximum volume is low and the plastic earbuds didn't fit my ears well enough to maintain the bass sound quality I was able to hear when I first got the earbuds Times stuck in my ear. . The Decibullz tips I saw in the review didn't allow the earbuds to fit into the case well enough to charge. The noise canceling feature is imperceptible in most environments. Callers told me my voice quality was clear. and better than my cheap headsets but not as good as my Plantronics Voyager headset.
