The Galaxy Buds Pro were very good while they worked. After about a month I have unbearable connection problems. I can't tell if the problem is with the Galaxy Buds Pro in general or if I've decided to buy them refurbished. In any case, this is unacceptable, and hands-free calls are terribly annoying. I returned them because after the Buds Pro software update 9/21/21 (version R190.UI2), the wearable app said "Put in both earbuds to activate ambient sounds". This removed the feature I depended on the most, right ear-only surround sound. This feature allowed me to understand people who started talking to me while listening to podcasts, so I no longer had to ask them to repeat what they were saying. Sound quality is good so I originally bought these instead of the Buds+ I already had. The problem I had with the Pro was that they would fall out of my ears after about 10 minutes of just listening to music. It was almost impossible to talk to them on the phone because they fell out of my ears after just a few words. I also noticed that the touchpads seem quite buggy even after the update. I ended up returning the pros. I chose Buds+

I have to say I'm a Samsung fan to the end. AKG is a fantastic headphone brand and they do decent stuff even after Samsung bought them, although the earcups can be a bit uncomfortable no matter how you adjust or resize them. ANC is good for the price. It's not as good as fully closed-back headphones, but it does a good job of muting the outside world.
