The product looks nice, but I could not get the back up camera to work nor could I get the sound to turn on. I tried to reach out to the seller at awesafe-us.ca@outlook.com and asked for their help., at first they were very responsive, but once I presented the issue I was encountering they went silent and started ignoring me. They use a generic connector for the speaker and power wires and they are not keyed correctly nor are they labeled nor do they fit properly. The worst part of this ordeal is when I tried to remove this product from my car and reinstall the stock system, my back up camera won't work anymore and it seems that I need to bring my car into the dealer for them to look at this. This seller really should not be allowed to sell such a low level of quality on this platform and with no customer support. By the way, I tried the "8888" code mentioned in another review and that won't work on the unit I purchased. I wasted over half a day trying to make this work. The moral of the story, buy quality products and save yourself the frustration.
