Good idea, terrible production
This will probably be a great ceiling shelf and pretty solid and while the idea is good in concept the production execution of what I got was terrible. One of the two articulated arms had an end cap where the latch mounting hole was drilled almost a full inch off the axis mark, which when assembled resulted in one articulated arm being further up and away from the door as the arm would constantly flex would like . Sent this bunch of junk back for a refund.
