My very first impression of these microfibre cloths was great. They cleaned my glasses very well. But after daily use, they just start smearing the lenses. So I cleaned the fabric which was one of the black ones and all the black fabric came out of the fabric. At first I thought it was just dirt, but then I washed the black one, which I haven't used yet, and it did the same thing. So I don't know what's in those rags. I have a lot of smudges and now I notice tiny scratches on my scratch resistant lenses. I'm not saying those rags did it, but I don't know how else they could have gotten there since my glasses are only on the face or the case. I would not buy again. I would pay more for the rags my optometrist sells.
