This bass module sucks! I bought a Bose 500 and the soundbar itself isn't worth the money unless you like exceptional voice clarity, which was a problem with my previous soundbar. But the addition of a soundbar completed the system. You need an application to connect. First you need to connect your soundbar and then click on the soundbar icon and go to settings to add a subwoofer. Purchasing this system is going to be a real pain in the ass, but damn it's worth it. I can't get the bass and treble even close to the highest level because it shakes the whole house. I have to keep it at 3 or 4 out of 10. Overall very easy to connect and add amazing bass to a great soundbar.
