I have been buying Honeybull mouthguards here at Revain for over a year. They are easy to shape, they are durable, they have brought me great relief. A downside is that they become thick and sore after many hours of wearing. With any clock, the keeper is my best friend since I'm a grinder. I grind my teeth all the time. I have followed the instructions. It was easy to soften. I used a chopstick to stir it up, see how it bends before taking it out of the water. I went to the mirror and made grooves where my teeth met as instructed. I folded it over my top teeth and secured the back with my tongue. SUPER EASYThe packaging says Canine to Canine fit. Well it depends on factors. Your personal tooth size is decisive. I see the coverage in my own mouth like this: in front of the canine and add a tooth behind my canine that is 3/4 covered. Page as indicated for general sizing information. It fits so well, adjusts to my teeth so easily. It also won't move unless I manually remove it. There is no slide. It's not too high to be annoying, doesn't rub. Nothing touches the palate, no weird texture. No noticeable taste. The price is great. I dig it up. My money is well spent. Thank you
