Review on Oster BLSTTS-CB2-000 Pro Blender: Texture Select Settings, 2 Blend-N-Go Cups, 64oz Tritan Jar - Brushed Nickel by Dee Duran

I was a bit reluctant to try this as some reviews said it leaked or didn't mix well. One drop, it was used almost daily by 2 different people for a couple of weeks. No spills. It's possible that other reviewers who reported leaks didn't build properly or received a defective unit. - The blender blades rotate in both directions alternately (when using the programs) and it blends what you put in really well, even with low liquid content. - To-go containers are "US size" (huge) and also very tall, although our existing straws are still barely working. - I can't believe people are complaining about this: of course you have to be careful when removing seal. for carry-on containers, as you should be when handling sharps. I love the very simple solution to the washer removal/installation process, unlike other brands that don't even consider removing the washer. for cleaning (!) (see below) - It may just be the fact that I had to grapple with the horribly flawed bullet design it replaced, but every design decision that goes for this blender seems spot on or in the right place to be at least a good compromise. - I tried the food grinding program once successfully, but not yet with hot liquids. will update when i do.
