I don't have this for a store it's for medication management but I think as you move away from your desk or store front you have the same expectations as me. I wanted to be able to hang a clock and display a specific time that can vary. The product arrived with a chain for hanging and looked fine. The problem was that the rivet in the center holding the clock hands was too loose. Thus, when the clock was hung vertically, the hands simply dangled, and apparently the time of interest was always 6:30. Did not help. I placed the watch on a hard surface (an anvil in my case, don't ask) and hammered in the rivet to make it more solid and the hands to stay in place regardless of vertical pressure. I must warn that this is an art; The rivet can tighten - like in my case now, sigh - and you'll be constantly struggling with the rivet to get the clock hands in the right place. But at least you got the point across. So it works now but not after I got it.
