Well, that's a sign. The hands of the clock don't stand still. I followed the advice of other reviewers and used a hammer to tighten the small piece of metal. Made a little better, but the hands of the clock still didn't stand still. In the end I glued them in the right place. Order something else.

This product is made of high quality materials, has a beautiful pattern and is large in size. The only problem, unfortunately, is that it doesn't work. The hour and minute hands do not stay in place but fall at the 6:30 mark. There is no way to tighten the nonsense while holding it with your hands. I used a small piece of tape to secure them. Otherwise it's just great. (Please read this with irony.)

I don't have this for a store it's for medication management but I think as you move away from your desk or store front you have the same expectations as me. I wanted to be able to hang a clock and display a specific time that can vary. The product arrived with a chain for hanging and looked fine.
