Good taste, reasonable price for the quantity (3 pounds), very easy on my stomach. I'm well into 40 and I train really hard 3-4 times a week with some delays at home on the weekends. Healthy eating, good rest, 90% sugar free, bread, cheese, alcohol. Many more things could be added to this list. Trying to eat mostly healthy foods, pushing yourself, and not getting proper supplements can be a factor that makes the condition worse. In August of this year, I noticed that I had gained 10 pounds over the past year by going from the field job to an office job. For my 5ft 8in height it was fine when placed in the right spots; it was mostly around my waist. They cut out the items listed above and went from 175 to 160 at the end of January. It was too big a loss. a week of protein intake (every night, whether you're working out at the gym or at home)** (also mix 1/2 scoop of two additional protein foods, all organic, all in the top 5 most recommended healthy proteins), and me can already feel a big difference and see a small difference, i don't know what the science is behind it or if it works for everyone the way it worked for me.
