Well worth the money in exchange for more control and better performance
I have to say this tire makes a world of difference, especially if you are a beginner like me. With probably just under 100 miles this tire is making a huge difference to my performance. Loads of grip and traction and a lot more confidence in my rides. The investment is definitely worth it. I've paired it with a Minion DHR II in the rear and the combo grabs the trails for a lot more control.
