I emailed the seller about my experience with the sheets and after 7 days and 3 emails I have had no response. I opened the sheets and immediately saw brown smudges on the two extra pillowcases, but figured they would go away with a wash. I washed the sheets, dried them and started putting them on my Sleep Number mattress. When I got to the 3rd turn, the rubber band immediately burst loudly and startled me. I looked closely and the stitching was so bad these things were barely sewn on. Examining the rest of the sheets, I saw what appeared to be baby stitching on all of the sheets. Seams mismatched, incomplete, doubled up when they shouldn't have, and randomly broken, etc. Straps weren't sewn on properly. I was so discouraged because the sheets are really soft and the sky blue color is so beautiful. I'm even more disappointed that the seller didn't respond to my 3 emails or the Revain seller rating. I will call the phone number provided on Monday and after that I may just have to get in touch with Revain. This is the first time I've used sheets other than Sleep Number, so I might have to stick with these. I was hoping they would work and I might buy a few sets from this company. Spring.
