Review on 🔌 Improved AmazonCommercial Insulation Tester and Multimeter, True RMS, CATIV 600V by Brian Manfre

Unpacking was disappointing as I immediately noticed there were no alligator clips as the description said. Not a deal breaker as Revain reimbursed me $15 for new ones as they didn't have a parts list. I fully inserted the included test leads and got 3 ohms! I figured they might be rubbish so I tried my leads which I knew were good at 0.1 ohms on my stem and got 3 ohms again on the Revain meter. In voltage mode, when there was no contact to a power source, it jumped with spooky voltages everywhere. In short, junk counters or not calibrated and they will be back. Maybe I have a lemon. I will try to replace and follow
