The customer service team was excellent! They were always available whenever I needed them even when they didn't have any answers in their knowledge base or support articles. It's great that as soon as we had issues it would be addressed within 24 hours, even if someone else did not know how to fix something but I feel like this has happened very rarely at least so far. That being said there are some bugs here and there which cause errors from time to time (such as missing data fields) however these should get fixed over time once more people start using it instead of me just finding out about those after the fact. Some features could use improvements such as having multiple user accounts per account profile rather than one shared between them. As mentioned previously sometimes getting through without needing additional help takes longer then expected because no one knows exactly where your error lies (or why). Make sure to go.
