Great software and perfect customer service
The ability for my business partner who owns our franchisees (and I) can easily access all information regarding their employees at any time from anywhere! It makes it very easy when we're trying new locations or even having employee problems with certain people that there are no issues because they know everything about them already!! There were some minor glitches as far back then but now seems like things have been resolved quite well since those times - so overall pretty good experience up until this point which has led me into using other services such as Teamwork instead due mostly only being able use upsift while working remotely most days out here where communication isn't always great haha :).

Pros
- Easy to maneuver
- Very convenient & user friendly service..even in its early stages, really liked what i was seeing :)
- Great customer support if needed too.very prompt response via email/phone calls etc.
- Good software platform wise..not much complaints thusfar except sometimes not exactly sure how many hours an individual is scheduled per week yet still gets paid accordingly regardless...but otherwise looks fine enough ;)
