Amazingly responsive customer service has delivered me a new unit that has honestly exceeded my expectations. Team member Cherry contacted me and offered a replacement which I will use again. They even seem to have taken the necessary steps to investigate an installation issue I had which I'm pleased as the light itself is perfect. I might use my own extra tape to attach the light twice this time just to be on the safe side, but thanks Cherry for the professional follow-up. I needed it back! Original post: IT FALLED OUT The mount is still on my handlebars but the light has slipped off the mount and now it belongs somewhere on the road. I was going downhill at about 30 miles an hour. but not crazy terrain. It's a shame, because I really liked the light and the brightness. I'll try again, hopefully good luck. Happened after a week of use. The taillight that came with it still lights up and works great.
