My shower head bends 90 degrees and I thought I could adjust this shower head and extension to work with it but there is no way to put this in an attractive or easy-to-do way. While all the parts look pretty good from afar, they feel cheap and flimsy when you pick them up and feel the plastic. Finally, I'm not sure if I received a defective unit or if it's a feature, but the shower head itself wobbles back and forth too easily (it's easy to flood the floor next to the shower if you're not careful ). The extension was next to impossible to adjust and it looked like it could break any second during the adjustment.
