You need to know what you're getting before you buy. It's basically a plastic box with a large computer/power supply fan mounted on the back. It has a water chamber at the top and an open center that can hold up to two square plastic water containers that you freeze and pop into the chamber when you're ready to use them. It has a small battery and can work without a network connection for a short time. In theory, that's great. In practice, this is a toy that can cost $5. Frozen water in plastic containers takes about 8-10 minutes before melting. - The gentleman who blows water from the chamber works minimally. - After about 15-20 minutes of use, the light will start flashing and turn off. To be honest, it is written that it is not intended for long-term use. I would expect it to run for at least an hour. There's no reason why it shouldn't be. I wouldn't buy this and would be wary of buying something like this. If you decide to buy one, look for something that is actually an evaporative cooler - with the usual removable filter.
