I don't know if all webcams are that easy to install these days, it's been over a decade since I last used a webcam on a PC (nowadays all laptops are ) . ) and I remember it wasn't that easy to set up. All I had to do was plug it into a USB port, Windows 10 recognized it, did what it had to do and in less than 30 seconds said the webcam was ready to use. I opened Team and the webcam worked. I opened Zoom and everything worked there too. There is no difference in the setup experience between doing this on my desktop and on my laptop (well, apart from the partial connection, nothing needed to be plugged in as my laptop already has a built-in camera). Video Quality This webcam is good, slightly better than my laptop camera's video quality, but it didn't blow my mind and honestly it's not necessary, good HD quality is all I need and it delivers. However, the microphone is way better than what my laptop can do. I asked the people on the other end of the line how it sounded to me and they all said the sound was much cleaner than before. So it's worth getting this webcam right here. This webcam also came with a privacy cover. It's very easy to use, just put the cap on the camera lens and you won't be able to record video while sitting on the monitor until your next team or zoom session. Love it.
