This product was very expensive so I hoped it was worth the money but the instructions are extremely useless and the instruction manual in is in a different language, so no help is provided on how to use this product. When it arrived it was just in a black suitcase in a box with no protection. The product didn't connect to my machine, I just got an error message repeatedly. I've tried searching Google for a solution but found none of them work. I connected it to my friend's jeep and there was no problem. Overall, I'm sure the product will be useful to someone other than me. In general, he has a good rating, maybe I just hit a dead end. Finally sent it back.
