Bought for occasional home use. Less than 300 sheets printed in 3 years after purchase. Everything worked perfectly, there was not a single failure or even a paper jam. Immediately after the end of the guarantee, I began to print virtually - the inscription "printing in progress" is displayed on the indicator and silence - no mechanisms inside even try to work, but no errors are given. But during self-diagnosis after turning on, everything is fine - it turns the drum, buzzes and clicks, after which it writes "ready". All other functions, except for printing, work as before without problems, no hint of a malfunction. The problem seems to be software. Some kind of sabotage, a programmed failure.
