I'm glad I bought these
The wedge shape isn't 100% perfect for me, but I love how strong it is and can support my weight. The instructions said not to put it in a pillowcase, but I did because I have dogs at home and I don't want it to be ruined by dog hair and possible dog saliva. I'm not a patient either - just a regular user. I mainly use this for chest support and to lie higher face down and back when sitting on the bed. Doesn't slip even with a pillowcase.
