I've been looking for a good additional cable for a long time. During the day I listen to music on the aux cable in an old model truck AND on the surround speakers in my office. Static noise from inferior cables has been driving me insane for years. In the end I took the risk of buying the "more expensive" additional cable and I am VERY SATISFIED. The phased connection means I don't have to remove the case from my phone. The connection is strong and perfect. The sound quality is EXCELLENT. There is no static sound. I have hearing that is very sensitive to things like static noise (anything high frequency), which is like banging nails on a board. Music soothes me, so without music, because of a poor quality aux cable, it's agony. I highly recommend this cable.
