Not too heavy or bulky, allows use of CO2 cartridges (comes with frame to fit behind pump, water bottles and 2 cartridges) and also provides you with a pump in case you have more than 2 flat tires or if the cartridges haven't completely filled your tire and you want to refill. It gets 110, which is good enough for road bikes. Of course, you should carry a patch kit to cover it in case of multiple flat surfaces. In addition, the flexible retractable hose makes it much more comfortable to use and reduces the risk of damaging the valve if you pull too hard. It will take me a while to refill the entire tire from scratch, but it's better than being stranded.
