Worked less than a year.
I installed this as a bypass for my thermal switch. It was rarely used and broke anyway. I have to crank it up to the maximum for it to even work with the fan. The overall design feels flimsy and cheap. I'll put something else in as a replacement. Probably from Lutron or Leviton. Companies that manage! Better quality, more economical fan speed controllers are available online. I do not recommend this product!
