We have both Bumkins and Grabease. I really didn't want to pay the extra money for an extra rake and felt it was a waste of time so I tried Bumkins. My son finds it very difficult to use the Boomkins version as the fork is not stiff enough to pierce food. He gets upset when I have to help him because he wants to do it himself. Grabease is made of a much harder material and if a child presses on it, it gets into the food. My son is just over a year old, not sure if this will be useful to anyone. Due to the fact that he uses both, I strongly recommend not going with the cheaper version and just paying a bit more for the Grabease set. I only gave it 3 stars because it's not a bad set overall, it just doesn't work as well as my version of Grabease that he's been using.
