Meh. It does smooth a little, and it is comfy but it certainly does not hold anything in if you are looking to really bind anything down- this isn't a good choice. It does make things look a little smoother but there isn't any support persay. I m keeping based on the comfort. And maybe I got a fluke one, but I would say size down. I got the medium and it feels a little less fitted than I wish it did.
