Ordered yesterday and arrived TODAY! I couldn't be happier. I just tried this on myself and was able to go from shoulder length hair to a very cute A-line bob. i need more practice but it came out very nice for the first time! It's my husband's turn tomorrow! I give this device an A++++++++**UPDATE** In the last few months I've given my husband (haircut hater) 2 AMAZING 100% haircuts with this tool and both times his haircuts have been PERFECT. I parted the top of his hair and sectioned it, used a 1.5 inch guide to trim all the sides and back, then used a 2 inch guide to make the crown. I just kept combing my hair and trimming whatever was sticking out from combing until I found more hair to trim! HE LOVES TO! Next time I'll try to be a little more sensitive and use a smaller guide to go over the back of my head, but with only two guides his hair looks perfectly trimmed with nice layers and a perfect blend of top and sides!
