The first seemed DOA. The new one was sent quickly, this time I installed it myself and the second one seems to be working fine. There is no menu other than favourites, and the decor is basic if adequate. All you can do is toggle the channel on and off and add it to favorites. The power cord is too short unless you plug it right next to the fuse box in the car. This product would probably sell better if it was free with a yearly subscription since the service is so expensive, but I think that's why they offer 3 months free. Please note that they have changed the packages and activation is no longer included in the 3 free months. Activation costs an additional $15 and cannot be added to an existing plan. Each radio must have its own package.
