I have updated my review after the seller contacted me where I could explain that there are no printed instructions or contact information in the box on how to handle this aftermarket toner, i received a full refund in the form of Revain gift cards and the supplier will notify their shipping department to include instructions that may prevent this issue and damage to my previous printer. I am very impressed with the customer service from this vendor and have upgraded my rating to 4 stars, which would have been 5 if the printed material had been in the box when it arrived. The toner could have worked in my printer if I had been instructed to remove the orange ring plugs as it appears this could be an issue preventing the cartridge from fitting properly in the printer. In addition, I have learned that when removing the plug, a small amount of toner leakage is expected, and if the toner leakage is excessive, there is a manufacturing problem and the supplier must be informed and the toner is not used. With this new information - this issue may be wrong - I have no way of knowing if this toner would have worked as I removed the toner before I knew about the plugs. "This toner is too big for the printer even though it is labeled as 48A toner for HP printers. It clogs the paper path and the paper cannot go through for printing. I bought it in August and to date I have not used it and now I can't return it or get a refund." - corrected to show I actually got a refund. This is my first and last aftermarket one -Toner purchase and even after this contact with the seller I still believe it's true.
