Warranty issues: Engine cooling and air conditioning

Installed in December, large crack on top tank in April, I can't find a return or refund. Denso denies him (Revain problem), Revain says he won't come back in 2 or 3 months. Can't find anyone to speak to about a refund (replaced it with another Denso radiator).
