When installing the holder for the first time, the plastic strap holding the phone broke under the spring. Also, due to the position you attach the mount to the table, the handle prevents the mount from facing you. Wherever you clamp it, the mounting brackets are essentially pointing away from you. This makes it difficult to position the fixture on the surface to be machined. I contacted Revain support to inquire about a replacement but they were unable to contact the seller who is selling this. I should have contacted them separately but I missed the return window of a couple of months as it was a gift bought in December and wasn't actually used until the end of January.
