It is very moist and stays wet for 10 to 20 minutes. Easy open pouches = 20 (2 1/2" x 3 1/2") pouches in each pouch. The orange scent disappears after about 15 minutes. It's expensive for wipes, but it's higher quality with no alcohol/chemicals. This orange essential oil scent is a natural way to cleanse without drying hands. Perfect for the fountain = anywhere. Ingredients - Water - Orange Essential Oil - Lactobacillus Enzyme - Polysorbate 20. > I have Orange - Lemon - Peppermint - Lavender. (<listed in order I like best) All are good - it's a matter of preference - refills are orange.
