UPDATE: I received my NEW replacement horse. My horse came in a box with holes like the previous horse because the screws on the underside of the hooves keep piercing the box as they move. I open the box and this time I find the pens just casually thrown into the box. Screws and washers were scattered throughout the box. I was missing one washer and was really surprised I wasn't missing more since the whole box was covered in quarter sized holes. The horse's mane and tail are fairly cheap and spiky. Wooden swing slats are like parts waiting in the wings - edges and places where nails need to be screwed in. My kid loves it but I will never buy from this brand again. JE. And I will tell everyone NOT to do it. It's like someone picked it up in their garage and threw it all in a box. I just received this horse 30 minutes ago. I got this for my kid's birthday which is TODAY. I opened the box and there is NO HANDLE and SCREWS. Livid can't even begin to describe how I feel. The box was obviously opened. There was no instruction manual included.
