Bought this cute little tutu for my daughter's Halloween costume.
Seems well made, the glittery stars are cute and my daughter loves it so I think it's a win! elastic waistband is great! She's pretty skinny for her age, so it's good that she's flexible. It hits her just above the knees.

- It had no shine. The floor looked like it had been cut with blunt scissors.
